Take Off The Clothes Of Sheol,
Then Put On The Garments of
Praise For Death Becomes
Life For Those
In
Christ
We as Children of God tread through many obstacles in this world. The winds of the storms can be so strong that the force can push you back if you don’t hold on to something that can secured you in position. The forces we come up against is greater than us, but not Greater than The One who secures us with His promises. The One that passes all understanding of the human minds. The One who created all things in heavens as well as in everything in The earth. (John 1:3). The Creator who created it all, and all things where made by Him and for Him (Colossians 1:16).
Man cannot fully understand Death, but we know it is something we all will come to encounter. It may be a love one, friend, foe, even people you do not know, but you have compassion for the grief their family and friends are going through it can be even you, or me in the process of a physical or spiritual death. If you are In Christ do not be alarmed because - According to the Word it is appointed unto man once to die and then the judgement (Hebrews 9:27 KJV). We on this earth know this to be true for we have seen much of it in our society. Spiritually and Physically, but The Spiritual and Physical death only comes to the full knowledge through the understanding of The Word of God.
Have we really come to the understanding of the Physical death? The expiration of humanity when we see, or hear about children being killed at a very young age boys and girls, or someone suffering from illness like cancer. People dying from the flu virus, Aids, or gun down, stab, slaughter, hit by train or car, brutally beaten or raped to death, or in a plane crash, Homeless people dying in below zero temperatures, or old age all resulting to death young, and old.
People are being beheaded in other countries because of their Faith In Christ just like in the days of The Apostles. The persecution of Christians reached unprecedented levels in 2015, as over 7,000 believers were killed. There are demons dispatched out to try to execute The Saints of God. This has become the everyday news forecast, and continues to increase which sets a certain type of fear in the mind of humanity. But we all know for sure death is certain whether we decide to acknowledge it, ignore it, or try our best not to deal with it.
It’ is the uncertainty of the outcome that brings on The Fear. Some may even seek death in order to escape the mental damage cause by the cruel treatment they encounter in life, or the mental illness that prevents them from knowing the difference. There is a Hope in which We as Christian, Children of God come to know through our relationship with The Lord that changes the way we see death and suffering. We came to know about a man named Jesus by the introduction of someone’s testimony when we encounter our trails through life.
We came to know about God through, our parents, or siblings, uncles, aunts, grandparents, mentors, or a stranger on the street. However we came to know about Him we surely came to know Him deeper through His Word. You know The Word that became flesh and dwelt among us. We come to know about the sin we were born in Genesis (Chapters 3-4), and that The Wages Of Sin Is Death, but The Gift of God is Eternal Life (Romans 6:23). We come to know The Lord who loves us so much that He preplaned a way for us to escape the wages of sin. Because He paid it all, so that we may have Everlasting Life.
For God so love the world that He gave His only begotten son, so that whosoever believe in him shall not perish but receive Eternal life. Some may not believe because of deception, and being accustomed to the sin that easily beset them. Some are under the influence of a Counterfeit Spirit that opposes The Spirit of Truth and The Light because they operate in the carnal mind. There are those who have not heard the truth, or just suffering from pure ignorance. Whatever the reason for it unbelief, and disobedience is the underlining cause.
It is our Faith that gets us through it all along with His Grace and His Tender Mercy. Without Faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). One of our weapons of warfare is The Shield of Faith (Ephesians 6:10-18). For Faith is the substance of things Hope for and the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11.1) because we walk by faith and not by sight (II Corinthians 5:7). Faith comes by hearing , and hearing by The Word of God Romans (10:17). So our Faith makes us know that we are more than conquerors through Him that loves us. Our Lord removed the sting out of death. Oh death where is your sting?
Let me take you to some understanding I received through the sufferings I have been through. In my brokenness, and on the other side of my brokenness The Lord has open up some more understanding concerning Death and His Promise of Everlasting Life that brought more praise to the Halleluuuuuuuujah’s in me that keeps me expressing the joy within brought on by The Holy Spirit through it all. For The Word of God says in (1 Peter 3:12- 19) 12. For The Eyes of The Lord are over the righteous, and His Ears are open unto their prayers; but the face of The Lord is against them that do evil. 13. And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?
14. But if you suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are you: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled 15. But sanctify The Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: 16. Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. 17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.
18. For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: 19. By which also He went and preached unto The Spirits In Prison. Ok, Spirits in prison. What Spirits are in prison? Being put to death and quickened by The Spirit. Have you ever ask yourself about what happen within the Three Days of The Death and Resurrection of our Lord? We are going to go a little deeper here. Our Lord was crucified on that old rugged Cross according to the Word on a Friday and rose again on Sunday. The flesh died, but He was quickened by The Spirit.
Let’s look at the meaning of the word Quickened, it states 1. Make or become faster or quicker or 2. Spring to life, arose. Where was His Spirit between Him giving up the Ghost on Friday afternoon to early Sunday mourning. I ask this because according to The Word (Ecclesiastes 12:7) The Spirit lives on so when His flesh was put to death what was His Spirit doing during that time. His accession was not until after the Resurrection, and after He appeared unto the Apostles (Acts 1:6-11).
Let’s look closer at verse 19 in 1 Peter chapter 3 again and It says - By which also He went to preach to the spirits in prison. What spirits in prison? Now look at verse 20. NIV version - to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built where few, that is eight souls were saved by water. What spirits were these then? Ooooh here it comes (Gen 6:1-3) 1. And It came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and the daughters were born unto them. 2.That The Sons of God ( Angels) saw the daughters of men that they were fair, and they took them wives of all which they choose.
Here is some clarity that the Sons of God were Angels because The Lord details in verse 1. The daughters were born unto men. (Men meaning humanity). That excludes The Sons of God were men during those days the scriptures separates the two. When The Lord reference to Noah in (Gen 6:9b) as a just man, and perfect in his generations, and he walked with God. The Lord did not call him son of God or one of the Sons of God. In the book of Job you will find the same in chapter 1 verses 6-8 when The Sons of God present themselves before The Lord, and Satan came also. The Lord brag about the righteousness of Job, and how he eschewed evil. The Lord called Job His servant which clearly separates Him from being one of The Sons of God whom presented themselves before The Lord for he was not at that meeting.
This conveys They were Angels and Satan is the leader of The fallen Angels. Go back to 1 Peter 3:20 b. Were it says only eight souls were saved by the water. So all others perished by the water. all those living in those days souls were not saved. Where did the Sons of God (Fallen Angels) that we come to know as demons go? For they are Spirits. Remember the whole earth was submerge in water every person perish except Noah and His family who were in the ark.
Let’s go to the book of Jude verse 6 - The Angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved them in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment day. (The Spirits in Prison) Read Jude verse 1-10. That means some demons are already in hell. In chains under darkness all are not roaming the earth. These are some of the Spirits in prison Jesus preach to during his death. Jesus was busy Friday evening, and all Saturday going into Hell and coming out on Sunday with all power in His hand.
Remember the rich man, and Lazarus in (Luke 16: 19-31) this scripture was not a parable. Jesus told it plain and simple. The rich man died and went straight to Hell with his eyes wide open (short version), it says he lifted up his eyes and call out to Abraham for mercy. He did not receive a get out of jail card, in other words a get out of Hell card. All ones who died are not sleeping. Let’s now look at (Hebrews 13:2) Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. So this can only mean Angels can appear unto us in the form of a person.
Now in Genesis 18 - And the Lord appeared unto Abraham in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day; 2. And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground, and said My Lord, which implies one of the visitors was The Lord. Who were the other two men or were they men? Remember they ate the food Abraham prepared and offered it to them this is really a offering to The Lord (Genesis 18:7,8). This reference Angels manifested as men in appearance. Demons were once Angels, remember Satan appeared as a snake who deceived Eve. So (Angels/Demons) manifested as men unto The daughters of man and took them as wives in Noah days producing children of renown.
After The Lord informed Abraham about the evil of Sodom and Gomorrah, and His intent to destroy the two cities look at verse 22. Where it says The men turned their faces from thence and went towards Sodom; but Abraham stood yet before the Lord. This also further confirms one of the visitors was The Lord who were the two with Him? In the beginning of chapter 19 of Genesis you find the answer in verse 1a. And there came two angels to Sodom at even. This brings clarity that Angels can come in the form or image of man.
I my self did not believe this at first until further research. Remember demons are fallen angels and deceptive and wicket let's not for get evil. (Shiftshapers) So these Sons of God (Angels) left their first estate, operating in what they were not created for which was an abomination unto God, creating children of renown, and the earth was full of evil and their thoughts were evil continually. Demons can manifest into other things just like Satan manifest into a serpent, and will masquerade as an Angel of Light and his demons as Ministers of God.
They also can take possession of someone as they did with one man who live among the tombs (Mark 5:1-15). How many pigs was on that hill will give you a good idea of how many demons was in that one person, because they ask Jesus for permission to go into the swine, and they call themselves Legion, for they are many.
The Lord destroy the earth and everyone in it except eight souls which were Noah and his family. God patiently waited until the ark was finished before he executed judgment upon the Sons of God and all the evil they created. Some will say Angels cannot produce off spring or married, and they use Matthew 22:30 but as usual we can miss interpret the scripture. Jesus was responding to whether there would be marriage in Heaven between man and woman- He quoted - For in The Resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as The Angels of God in Heaven.
(Key) Angels in Heaven. He did not say Demons on earth or The Fallen Angels on earth, they rebel against the order of GOD they left the first estate so they operated in what ever went against God's order. Lets look at Genesis (3:15) when the Lord curse The Serpent (Satan) and The Lord says - I will put enmity between thee and the Woman and between thy (his) seed and her seed. Well we know the Woman seed reference to Jesus. Who would be The Serpent (Satan) seed? Demons are fallen Angels who follow Satan after he was cast out not his seed. All of them are Angels, but are refer to as fallen Angels (Demons). Some of those Demons which are Spirits where put in chains in prison banish unto utter darkness until the final judgment
(Jude 6).
Now there is a first death and a second death. The First Death (Revelation 20:14) Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Death and Hades are the first death. When The Lord completes His vengeance and all is done Death and Hades will be cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:6) Blessed and Holy is the one who has a part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no power, but they will be Priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for a thousand years. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-17) But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve as do the rest who have no Hope 16. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep.
They also can take possession of someone as they did with one man who live among the tombs (Mark 5:1-15). How many pigs was on that hill will give you a good idea of how many demons was in that one person, because they ask Jesus for permission to go into the swine, and they call themselves Legion, for they are many.

15. For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And The Dead In Christ will rise first. 17.Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with The Lord. 18. Therefore encourage one another with these words.
Let’s go into Matthew When Jesus died on The Cross (27:50) Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up The Ghost. 51. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in two from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent. I separate this part of scripture, because this focus is on after the Resurrection where it says - And the graves were open and many bodies not spirits, but bodies of The Saints that slept arose, and came out of their graves After His Resurrection, and went into the Holy city and appeared unto many.
There’s a whole lot of shaking going on, could you imagine the looks on the faces of the ones they appear to. Most likely their friends and family and members of the same faith. Now while Jesus in the Spirit proclaimed to the defeated demons that were in prison since the days of Noah there’s no parole. That He still lives and removed the sting of death by conquering it on the Cross where His blameless body shed his precious blood for you and me.
He remained loyal until the death by paying the price of sin, and has now Open The Door for them that choose to repent of their transgression and accept Him as their Lord and Savior. Now they are reconciled with The Lord. This is The Hope we as Christians, Children of The Almighty God have in our belief In which we proclaim the acceptable Year of The Lord. For He is The Resurrection and The Life. John 11:25 - Jesus said to the lady at the well, "I Am The Resurrection and The Life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. This is not the only time Our Lord demonstrated that He is The Life in Death. Let's look at some more examples -
Widow in Zarephath ‘Son (1 king 17:17-24) Elijah - visited King Ahab to announce God's curse: "As The Lord, The God of Israel, lives, whom I serve, there will be neither dew nor rain in the next few years except at my word." (1 Kings 17:1) Elijah fled to the brook Cherith, east of the Jordan River, there ravens brought him bread and meat. When the brook dried up, God sent Elijah to a widow in Zarephath, then God performed another miracle there, blessing the woman's oil and flour so it did not run out. later the widow's son died. Elijah stretched himself on the boy's body three times, and God restored the child's life.
The Shunammite Woman- (2 Kings 4:18-37). Elisha, the prophet after Elijah, stayed in the upper room of a couple in Shunem. He prayed for the woman to bear a son, and God answered. Several years later, when the child was grown, and fell on a day he went out to his father to the reapers, and complained of a pain in his head. His father sent him with a lad to his mother and later while on his mother knees he died. The woman raced to Mount Carmel to Elisha, who sent his servant ahead with his staff to lay upon the child head, but the boy did not respond. Elisha went in, cried out to the Lord, and laid himself on the dead body. The boy sneezed seven times and opened his eyes. When Elisha presented the boy back to his mother, she fell and bowed to the ground.
There was a Israelite man- (2 kings 13:20) After Elisha the prophet died, he was buried in a tomb. Moabite raiders attacked Israel every spring, one time interrupting a funeral. Fearing for their own lives, the burial party quickly threw the body into, Elisha's tomb. As soon as the body touched Elisha's bones, the dead man came to life and stood up. This prophet was anointed to the point that even in death His bones became the resurrection for this Israelite man. This was a foreshadowing of Jesus Death and Resurrection turning a grave into a doorway to life.
The Widow of Nain’s Son (Luke 7:11-17) At the town gate of the village of Nain, Jesus and his disciples encountered a funeral procession. The only son of a widow was to be buried. Jesus' heart went out to her. He touched the bier that held the body. The bearers stopped. When Jesus told the young man to get up, the son sat up and began talking. Jesus gave him back to his mother. All the people were astounded. Praising God, they said, "A great prophet has appeared among us. God has come to help his people."
Jairus’ Daughter (Luke 8:49-56) When Jesus was in Capernaum, Jairus, a leader in the synagogue, begged him to heal his 12 year-old daughter because she was dying. On the way, a messenger said not to bother because the girl had died. Jesus arrived at the house to find mourners wailing outside. When he said she was not dead but sleeping, they laughed at him. So Jesus would not let anyone in the house but Peter, John, and James along with the mother and father because of the others unbelief. Jesus went in, took her by the hand and said, "My child, get up." Her spirit returned. She lived again. Jesus ordered her parents to give her something to eat but not to tell anyone what had happened.
Lazarus (John 11:1-24) Three of Jesus' closest friends were Martha, Mary and their brother Lazarus of Bethany. When Jesus was told Lazarus was sick, Jesus stayed two more days where he was. When he left, Jesus said plainly Lazarus was sleep. Due to the lack of understanding about the sleep. The disciples said if he is sleep he should do well, so Jesus plainly stated Lazarus had died. Martha met them outside the village, where Jesus told her, "Your brother will rise again. I Am The Resurrection and The Life." They approached the tomb, where Jesus wept. Although Lazarus had been dead four days, Jesus ordered the stone rolled away. Raising his eyes to heaven, he prayed aloud to his Father. Then he commanded Lazarus to come out. The man who had been dead started hopping out, wrapped in burial cloths.
Tabitha (Acts 9:36-42) Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did. And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber. And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them. Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them. But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up. 41. And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive. And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord.
Eu-ty-chus (Acts 18:7-12) The third story room was packed in Troas. And upon the first day of the week, when the disciple came together to break bread, Paul preach unto them ready to depart on tomorrow and continued his speech until midnight. The hour was late, many oil lamps made the quarters warm, and the apostle Paul spoke on and on. Sitting on a windowsill, the young man Eutychus dozed off, falling out of the window to his death. Paul rushed outside and threw himself on the lifeless body. Immediately Eutychus came back to life. Paul went back upstairs, broke bread, and ate. The people, relieved, took Eutychus home alive.
(Romans 8:31- 39).
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32. He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 33. Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. 34. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36. As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter 37. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come 39. Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from The Love of God, which is in Christ Jesus Our Lord.

Isaiah (61:1-3) 1.The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2. To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; 3. To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.
