GO !

 

(This Incident Happened Back In 2017)

The Word GO! seems to resonate in my spirit through all  I have been going through, and what I am going through now. What could this mean? As I was weaken from the time I first woke up with my knee swollen back in January 2017 struggling to get out of bed. I start that day with the preparation of getting my then ninety year old mom bathe as she goes through the early stages  alzheimer’s disease, and then dress and preparing her breakfast, looking at how much fresh fruit was left for me to prep to go with her meal.

Pain still throbbing in my knee. I here in my spirit GO!  As I continued throughout the mourning still doing house chores  sipping on a cup of coffee realizing this pain is not going away neither is the swelling going down in my knee slowing down my daily process I here in my spirit GO!  As I go to the emergency room  the next day sitting in the waiting room then finally get the results after the x-rays. Bursitis the doctor says to me, and then hands me my papers with a prescription to take, I here in my spirit GO!

The next day I make an appointment with my Primary Care doctor she schedule me for an  appointment two weeks from that time, but I am in so much pain so she sees me sooner, but yet  I here in my spirit GO!  The day of my appointment she examines my knee and feels that another x-ray is needed so she sends me to the  Parkside Clinic in Kenilworth NE DC the appointment was made for me, and I here still in my spirit GO!

In my travels on the bus I come across different  types of people as I observing what is going on at that time. The next day a quiet ride, and then another day later someone to share my faith with. Watching the homeless people on the streets, the young children coming out of school over there in Parkside Community. Observing the fights that breakout by the subway station as the children are let out of school while two of the school monitors both men were rushing to break it up. They were Breaking through a large crowd of children while escorting the rest across the bridge.

I here in my spirit GO! I ask the nurses at the desk in the clinic what is this going on? They reply - This is a everyday thing sometimes worse than this were as the police get involved. I here again in my spirit GO! They x-rayed my knee and gave me my results. Stage Three Osteoarthritis in both knees as she orders an MRI why I ask? You just did an x-ray then my doctor explains the X-ray is only for the image of the bones since the process of healing is taking so long she suspects a torn ligament, so a MRI will reveal the tendons, and the muscle, and the ligaments, and if there’s a problem with them.

I go home and while watching the news, and the escalating crime reports  of murder suicide, police brutality. carjackings, robberies, and others being gun down in the streets, sexual predators and pedifiers on the rise, A man who kills a elderly man and then post it on facebook for the world to see. I here in my Spirit GO! Between the news and my journey’s, and many diagnoses  and now the finale results after three months I’m told it’s Stage Three Osteoarthritis, resulting to a Medial Meniscus Tear in my knee, causing The Bursitis  inflammation. Three conditions all wrapped up in one diagnoses.

Surgery is required to repair the torn meniscus a voice ring out in my Spirit GO! How do I keep going when the Surgeon explains to me today that they have to do a meniscectomy for a Meniscus tear.  This is a surgery performed to remove part of the damage meniscus due to the degeneration caused by the osteoarthritis in my left knee so my anxiety escalated but yet I look calm. And I hear in my Spirit GO!

The Surgeon states I will be on crutches for a few days and then therapy to help me get back on my feet, and the process of healing is shorter than it would be if he was to repair the torn meniscus in which is not optional, because of the  damage to my meniscus, and my age, but all in all I should be back in action within four to six weeks depending on my therapy. I here from others telling me no you can’t do this, and that, but all I here in my spirit is GO!

First let me explain a little further, while going through this Journey the pain, and limitation that had me wondering whether I was doing all that The Lord was calling me to do, was I on the wrong path. Then The Holy Spirit gave me Jesus is My Brace devotional to point out how all the members of the body of Christ is needed.

Even after  this reveling word from God, my process seem to still be dragging, but in the physical. I had stop praying confuse on what to say, seems like a depression start setting in, but The Holy Spirit continues to feed me pouring  out in me to complete the Book Desperately Seeking Jesus.

Then the chapters broke down into blogs as He continues to feed me throughout this whole journey the word GO! Continues to marinate my mind so when I came home two weeks ago from the store I turn on my gospel music, and set in my chair and out of nowhere a song  start playing and it Was sung by Shirley Caesar Title GO!quoting Matthew (28:19) Go Ye therefore and Teach all nations, baptizing them in The name of The Father, and of The Son, and of The Holy Ghost.   

The Song Goes On To Say GO!, GOOOOOOO! GO! then the part The Lord had to really ring straight through my very soul , and He says If you Love Me Truly Love Me, Then Feed My Sheep. This Song/Scripture needs to Permeate  all our minds, and our hearts as We Obey our Lord. A simple word  like GO! becomes a direction that leads me in my walk with God Amen! This is when The Lord start to open me Up To Who I AM.

GO! Therefore, and Teach all nations, baptizing In the name of The Father, and of The Son and of The Holy Ghost. Vs,20. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I Am with you always even unto the end of the world  Amen!
